Reconnecting With Friends

I would like to dedicate a few posts to reconnecting with old friends. Most of us have had friends in the past we lost touch with, and it would be interesting to look at ways to say hello to them once again. Here is what I have found.
The step is to find the friends you want to reach out to. You can do this through social media, or maybe you have their phone number? Also it is nice to be prepared when you are out doing errands or something and you see an old friend or acquaintance. And if you don't have either of those, you could just do some good new fashioned cyber stalking. You know like looking through their work place's facebook page, or blood samples. I am not judging.
Here are some more tips to meet up with old friends. One you can try is to meet up with a mutual acquaintance. They might be likely to know of the old friend you are looking for. You can contact the school you both went and try using the alumni organization's resources. And then you could do the obvious and go to a class rerunion. You are bound to meet some old friends or acquaintances there.
After you have contacted or seen someone you want to reconnect with give them a warm inviting greeting. You can reach out to them in many ways like email, text, or in person, but do not put it off or you could miss your chance.
